HOW TO GET TO THE LIBRARY OF SOSARIA:

There is a rune at the base of Yellow’s statue in the Hall of Heroes (first house east of the Magincia Stone Exchange. (While you’re here don’t forget to check out the Zoo of Sosaria just South of the Library.)
