Bryna Faryd, Archer Commander
Physical Appearance
Archer Commander Bryna Faryd is a stern-faced 41-year-old woman with shoulder length, wavy black hair, framing stern brown eyes hard with discipline set in golden yellow skin atop high cheekbones. Her small physique belies her unusual power, emphasizing a distinctively hawkish nose and narrow lips set in resolve. Bryna walks with precision militancy.
Background
Born to Jhelom infantry veterans, Bryna’s only childhood creed was martial duty and sacrifice. She quickly surpassed the local bowmaster in ability and instinct by age fifteen. However, in order to avoid her parents’ continuous criticism, Bryna joined a local mercenary company and departed to make her own way in the world. Her superb marksmanship in battle after battle soon earned her respect amongst the ranks of archers. Years later, she heard of a sub-chapter of The Order of The Silver Serpent being formed in New Magincia, and that there was opportunity for advancement regarding experienced soldiers. When her contract was over with her current mercenary band, she participated in an archery trial for The Green Company and, with her credentials, was made Archer Commander of their standing army. She now serves the charter, directing the archer corps and passing on hard-learned experience garnered under combat to the next generation of recruits.
